3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

- Sale/discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Customized products

5. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock or cannot be exchanged
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash , or Easypaisa within **5–7 working days
- In most cases, we prefer to offer exchange or store credit

- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return delivery charges
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear delivery charges
