At Awamishop, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on our website or through our customer support channels.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp, live call, or email with your order details.
  • Once your order is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

2. Cancellation by Awamishop

Awamishop reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • There are errors in product pricing, description, or availability.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Payment is not successfully processed (in case of prepaid orders).

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any advance payment will be refunded.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund (if prepaid) will be issued within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (Rs. 300) are non-refundable if the order was already dispatched at the time of cancellation.
