At Awamishop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
- The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Opened or used medicines/products.
- Items without original packaging or labels.
- Products purchased on discount or promotional sales (unless defective).
3. Exchange Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp, phone call, or email with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Provide photos/videos of the product to verify eligibility.
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product for exchange.
- Replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- If the exchange is due to Awamishop’s error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the Rs. 300 shipping charges.
- If the exchange is requested due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer will bear the Rs. 300 exchange shipping fee.
5. Processing Time
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
