  • JazzCash / Easypaisa – Mobile wallet payments for your convenience.
  • Bank Transfer / Deposit – Direct transfers to our official bank account (details provided at checkout or via support team).

2. Secure Transactions

  • All online payments via PayPro, PayFast, JazzCash, and bank transfer are processed using secure encryption protocols.
  • We do not store or share your debit/credit card, JazzCash, or bank details.
  • Transactions are handled by trusted third-party providers in compliance with Pakistani financial regulations.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before processing.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • For prepaid methods (PayPro, PayFast, JazzCash, Bank Transfer), customers are required to send payment proof (screenshot or receipt) via WhatsApp or email.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment verification.

5. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

  • If your order is cancelled or returned (as per our Refund & Return Policy), any prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • Awamishop reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Customers may be asked for additional verification before processing certain payments.
