At Awamishop, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return products and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used medicines/products.
- Items without original packaging or labels.
- Products purchased on sale or under special promotions (unless defective).
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp, phone call, or email with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team may request photos or videos of the product for verification.
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Awamishop will cover the return shipping cost and arrange replacement or refund.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer will bear the Rs. 300 return shipping charge.
5. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit (as agreed).
- Shipping charges (Rs. 300) are non-refundable, except in cases where Awamishop is at fault.
6. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will send you the replacement product once the returned item is received and verified.
- Exchange shipping costs will follow the same rules as above.
